I haven't been blogging lately because I have been spending more time at my home away from home the past few days...peoria.com. Last week they had a party and I just couldn't resist attending! What fun! I stayed up late, got up early and looked like a zombie for a couple of days, the house was a disaster area and I think the dog needs therapy due to me ignoring him. I'm back and ready to blog unless peoria.com decides to throw another party!
This last weekend Mr. Wonderful and I got to meet a couple other local bloggers...Mr. Collector and his lovely daughter... Mrs. Collector couldn't make it because she's feeling under the weather! Hey Mrs. C. Get Well Soon! And sweet Lily from Peoria in Pictures. Thank goodness she didn't have her camera with her to take incriminating photos! Also Peoria Rocks, was there (you think she would miss a good time?).
We did it...after all the hoopla about Bar Louie's at Peoria Illinoisan blog and Morton Malaise, we decided to do lunch there...I am not going to rant about it and I sincerely hope they get things turned around because they really have good food and they didn't bitch about me ordering a grilled cheese sandwich from the children's menu! The loaded fries are a MUST if you happen to go there!
Yesterday due to the bad storm, we were without power for some time so my blogging was interrupted. So I'm back and have nothing to blog about...boring boring boring! Blah! Blah! Blah!

I had SUCH a great time with ALL you guys! The Bar Louie's fries were very tasty. Don't worry Diane, we'll get to party yet and I'll even bring he-who-cannot-be- named along. He can be the designated driver for a change ;)
