I am Tan...

Tan I am!

I just got back from walking down to the mailbox, and saw my neighbor whom I haven't seen in months. Not only does the weather here in Illinois tend to make hermits out of people, but it also turns them into snow birds that fly south for the winter.

Imagine how thrilled I was when they noticed I looked good, and had a healthy glow even after only a couple of weeks fake baking!

And thank you very much Mr. & Mrs. Nice neighbor that said I looked like I had lost weight...oh yeah!

I realize I don't see the difference in my color, and I have been called "tanorexic" before, but I know...

I am Tan...Tan I am!

Tanorexic? I need a definition because I am thinking there could be a few...

A healthy tan makes all the difference... just don't get that fake bake orange. We FL natives would totally tease you.

And you lost weight! Woo hoo! PAss some of that my way!

Becs..."tanorexic" ...everyone else says you're tan, but you think you're still as white as a ghost!

And I think the weight loss my neighbors are seeing is an optical illusion...I am fat!

A tan does make you look thinner... I recently read it in a magazine.

Thanks for the def.

becs...I'm feeling thinner! Maybe it's because I sweat out a gallon of liquid each time I tan!

Would you tan in a boat, in a moat? Would you tan in a bed, on your head? I am tan...Tan I am.

Sorry...too much 1st grade Dr. Seuss reading round here lately. LOL

jaded...
I would tan in a boat,
I would tan in a moat.
I tan in a bed,
but not on my head.

I tan every day,
I tan every night,
I tan in the nude,
that's an awful fright!

I am tan...
tan I am!
and when I tan,
I don't eat green eggs and ham!

Is THAT how you get tan???

I should say
that today
I am afraid
that I need to get paid.

I should say
that tommorrow
I will be filled with sorrow
because money I will have to borrow.

Ok, THAT sucked...BUT
I FEEL TANNER ALREADY!

YAY! ;o)

LOL...now I KNOW you are full of it.
Would that be the "glow of anxiety?" which you speak???
Or perhaps the "glow of PMS"???
THAT could be it.

Ok, so I have a glow.

LOL
