I dunno...I like Bananas, Camembert cheese, Quesadillas, Cinnamon, but not all mixed together! I was watching the news early this morning, and they had the cooking segment on with this recipe, it made me wanna puke! I can honestly say... I have never had bananas with cheese! What next? Banana pepperoni, and cheese pizza? Barf!

BANANA QUESADILLAS
Serves: 2
1 banana, sliced
1/4 cup chopped Camembert cheese, divided
Cinnamon (I like to use "Cinnamon Sugar" that you can find in the spice aisle)
2-3 pats of butter
2 flour tortillas (small)
Heat a large pan on medium and melt a pat of butter in the pan. Add the sliced banana and sprinkle with cinnamon or cinnamon sugar (if you are using a really ripe banana, you may just want to use cinnamon, and no sugar). Saute bananas, stirring frequently until they just start to become a little soft, about 2-4 minutes - the greener the banana, the longer the time. Push the bananas to the side of the pan. Add another pat of butter to the pan, and put in one tortilla. Cook on one side for about a minute or two, and then flip the tortilla. Add half of the Camembert and move half of the sliced bananas to the middle of the tortilla. Using tongs and/or spatula, carefully fold over the tortilla, and hold closed. Cook for about 2-3 minutes, and flip to the other side. You want a nice light golden crisp brown on both sides of the tortilla. Move to a warm plate when both sides are slightly crisp, and repeat this paragraph with the second tortilla, and remaining butter, cheese, and banana.

Yeah, that sounds nasty. Probably something intended as a dessert-type dish. Definitely not for me. Give me the standard spiced chicken and Monterey Jack/Cheddar quesadilla anytime!!
